Description of the Group's Activities:

Registration of blood donors. Thank people for giving. Walk donors from nurses' station to canteen. Always keep track if the donors are OK.

Skills/talents needed from volunteers:

Mostly it's caring that shows you are greatly interested in the time and effort one takes in coming to give blood. If we can get women or men to donate a lunch for the volunteers, it would be a help.

Time commitment involved:

Three hours per two person per task.

How this ministry can positively affect lives:

By urging our parishioners to give a pint of blood, we are saving a life.
