Description of the Group's Activities:

To set up the church for the wedding rehearsal and the day of the wedding. To go through the wedding ceremony with the bride and groom and the whole wedding party, from the beginning to the end. Be present at the wedding to coordinate participants.

Skills/talents needed from volunteers:

Need to be people friendly and also to have patience. Need to have an understanding of wedding procedure.

Time commitment involved:

About two hours the day of the rehearsal and about 3 1/2 hours the day of the wedding.

How this ministry can positively affect lives:

For the volunteer, it is a way of sharing your talents and provides valuable assistance to the wedding party. This ministry is very enjoyable just by meeting the couple and their families.
